Single/Multi Family investing in greater Cleveland, OH area
Hi everyone,
I'm relatively new to the site, been gradually been listening to more podcasts and reading more about the processes.
I'm Cleveland born and bred, now living in NYC. I know the CLE area is going through hard times, and would love to attempt to purchase some rental properties there while prices are (hopefully temporarily) depressed. I know most of the areas around downtown Cleveland fairly well, however, could always use insight from those currently in the market there.
Our group is primarily looking for sub $100k properties that are as close to turnkey as possible. Am very interested in areas around Case/John Carroll, west-side suburbs, or anything else that's appealing.
