AWESOME RE Attorney In Fort Myers: Property Management Specialty

Hello all Floridians: I attended a class today on landlord/tenant law and property management. It was quite an eye opener. I learned a lot and want to pass on this attorney's name. He is not a typical RE attorney: he specializes in leases and evictions. His prices are unreasonably low...so low I was shocked. Any landlords in Florida that ever want help, suggestions, or if you are a landlord in SW Florida and need to talk to an attorney call this guy. www.evict.com. I intend to use him for my next lease. For $45 how can I go wrong? This guy knows the law and what I really liked most was he does not seem intent on soaking someone for tons of money. He is also a landlord so he knows what a great job that is:)
