Which local bank should I use?

Based in Annapolis, MD and investing in the Baltimore area, I am looking for a local bank that would cater to the needs of a beginning investor. What criteria should I use to qualify a bank, are there any area banks that I should definitely stay away from? Thank you all in advance for your help.
