Familiarity with Wealth Builders Avenue (Irving TX)

Is anyone familiar with Wealth Builders Avenue in Irving TX?  They buy single family homes, renovate, rent them out and then sell them to investors.  They offer management services as well.  So it is more of a hands-off, turn key investment vehicle.

Is this a good way to get my feet wet in REI before handling the whole process on my own?
