Fort Worth Contractor

Hi all, I am new to the forum and the world of real estate investing. I am in my early 30's, recently married, and will be moving down to the Arlington/Fort Worth area within the next 8 months. That's where my wife is from and as so many have told me, as the wife wishes so goes the husband.

I intend to pursue a couple of single-family home flips within the next several months with the help of a Realtor friend in the area. I've already benefited from reading BiggerPockets' Beginner's Guide and both of J Scott's books. I'm in the early stages of closing on my first home and will very soon need a general contractor to help me inspect the property and later manage the rehab.

Does anyone know of an excellent general contractor in Fort Worth? Or can anyone recommend a good online resource that I can use to find one?

I look forward to attending REI meetings in the area in the coming months and hope to contribute some helpful information to this forum, myself, once I get my bearings.

Sincerely,

Ryan Martin

I would give Clayton Contracting a call, they do quality work and are no strangers to flips. I recommend asking to speak with Robert Clayton II (son) he is very knowledgeable when it comes to all the construction aspects of flips and is a licensed Realtor.

Clayton Contracting (972) 442-6836 -they service all of the metroplex

Robert Clayton II (972) 533-1818
