Looking for an investor friendly agent in the Vernal, Utah area

I've got an opportunity to pick up a SF property to fix and flip in Vernal, but am a couple hours away. I'm looking for an agent that has the expertise to evaluate the property and determine what repairs and clean up are required, the estimated costs for that and then be willing to oversee the work and then to list/sell the property for me.

Consider talking to some of the property management companies out there.  They might be better suited for your project than a sales agent.
