Seeking RE Agent in East Haddam, CT Area

Hello,

I am looking for recommendations for a RE agent in the East Haddam, CT area. I am trying to find an agent to list and sell a property that will be sold "as-is" and will not qualify for bank financing. 

Ideally the agent will have experience working with investors and cash buyers. An agent who can help determine the value of a home in need of full renovation will also be very helpful as we do not know the current value of the property in its current condition. Depending on the value this might turn into a short sale so experience with short sales also a plus!
