We are in need of finding a solid GC type who is creative, solution driven type contractor, who also can run their crew, and complete jobs on task and on budget!!! Help in the Kansas City area. Also subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, tile/carpet install ...

We are also looking for smaller operations with just 1-2 guys, who would do smaller jobs like rental make ready etc.

Have you personally worked with anyone in KC? Can you personally recommend someone? Are you someone? Thanks! Several projects in the works ...
