Does anyone have a reference for a good, proactive seller's agent in the Charlottesville/Richmond Virginia MLS?

Good afternoon BP, I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good, proactive seller's agent in the Charlottesville or Richmond MLS? My family and I are relocating out of state from Louisa county, and we'd like to get our home sold as quickly as possible, so we need someone who will work for a sale and not just list it and forget it. (I know what you're thinking: sorry guys, we've only got about 15% equity :-P) Any help that anyone could give would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
