Tukwila / SeaTac WA areas
Did a bit of driving in Tukwila and SeaTac areas. Tons...TONS...of beat-down, boarded up, wondering-if-they-are-to-be-demolished houses.
Are there any buy and hold landlords in those areas who might be able to give me some insight as to that market? It's nowhere I would want to live, but some of the houses next door to those wrecks are pretty cute. Wondering if it's up and coming? Are there too many problems with illegal activity to make it worth the effort? Thought I'd ask around a bit. Would appreciate your input. Thank you!
