Any advice on 'partnering' with someone new to do REI deals?

I realize that having a 'team' works well when the right people are part of that team. In my case, I've done all aspects of the real estate deal in the past - marketing, due-diligence, seeking funds, funding the deal, working w/contractors, selling - and that can be tough. So I'm looking to find the right people to work with or to 'partner' with so I can share the load ... any advice on what has worked for you? Where did you find the right partner? - Thanks.
