Help Mt. Vernon, IL Property Management

I am from Southern Illinois originally, and I am looking to buy rental property in Mt. Vernon, IL.

I am looking for a good property manager, who works in this city.

Normally, I would turn to Google, but it isn't very helpful.  

This city is more rural, and people work primarily through word of mouth.  They don't market very much, and even less so online.  The information I have found is out-dated.

The people I have contacted about Managing are out of the game, and then wouldn't/couldn't give me recommendations for other Managers.

Any good leads on Property Managers in this area would be greatly appreciated.

I know a fellow realtor who used to do property management. She has a great personalty.
