Berwick, Eastmore, Bexley

First time poster here. We have 2 single family rentals under our belt and looking for additional homes. After spending additional time with a rental in central Eastmoor, we were drawn to the Berwick neighborhood.

The neighborhood seems to have a strong single family, owner occupied presence with some rentals, but not an extreme amount. Does anyone have any experience in this neighborhood?

We love the proximity to downtown and Bexley and the fact you can find solid homes under 100k. It seems that if you take any of these homes and put them in Grandview, Clintonville, etc, they'd be worth twice the price. We're in this for the long term and not just looking for a quick buck.

If anyone can share their $.02 about Berwick now and 10 years from now, we'd love to hear more. Thank you.
