Private Engineering Inspection in Maryland

Looking for an engineer or engineering firm in Maryland (Howard County) that can do a private inspection for some new construction foundation work.  Specifically, I just want someone to take a look at some newly poured footers and walls to verify they meet plan and everything looks in order (we passed county inspection, but that doesn't mean much to me :)...
