Needing a Good Make-Ready Company in Houston--Any Suggestions?
I have about 30 SFR in Houston area--20 in NE and the rest scattered among the suburbs.
I'm looking to switch my make-ready company.
The basics: General repairs, fixing up/touching up a house after move-out, painting, etc.
Anyone know of a good and reliable make-ready company?

Also, any ideas to a reliable and honest maintenance service company for time-to-time tenant repairs would be appreciated too.
Thanks.
