Title Companies in CA that do Double Closings

Hi All,

I was wondering if there might be any experienced real estate wholesalers on here that can refer a good California-based Title company to me that conduce Double Closings / Simultaneous closings?

Me and my partner are starting to venture towards REO's and it looks like banks don't allow assignments with REO's (correct me if I'm wrong). In order to circumvent this hurdle, we're considering double closings but have had a hard time finding a title company that do them.

Does anyone have any suggestions or other strategies to wholesale bank owned property? Thanks a lot for the feedback and recommendations!
