Any good rehab crew or handy man in Stockton, CA area?

I have a couple of rentals which might be in need of renovations or repairs once the tenants move out. Any recommendations? There are some investors on BP in my area, so they must have someone who they work with? The last few times I hired people for repairs, they either didn't do a good job or took way too long.
