Anyone attending: Seattle REIA Commercial and Multi-Family Meeting

Now that my head is semi out of the fog from my move, I am wanting to attend some REIA meetings. There is one that is in a week or two in Bellevue, but I won't be able to attend that one; however, I saw this Commercial & Multi-Family one and it looks very interesting.

Is anyone else going? I've attached the link, because I wasn't sure if I could copy & paste everything into this forum. The location hasn't been updated on the site (yet), but it will be on a Thursday evening, May 22nd from 6-9pm. Hope to meet some BP folks!
