RE CPA and Attorney for Texas RE Company Formation

Hello BP!!

Great website and great people with a lot of great information.

I am looking for an attorney and a CPA that are familiar with RE and can assist me in forming the proper entity in Texas and providing financial planning and tax strategies. Personal recommendations are what I'm looking for here folks (although if you are one of these people feel free to let me know!!). Close proximity to Midland, Texas would be a bonus, although attorneys and CPAs here are ALL oil & gas specific!!

Looking to make this happen this week. I have a property to move and would like it to be the starting point for this endeavor.
