Looking For Local REI Groups or Mentors
Hi my name is Ian Galicia. I just recently attended a real estate investing workshop and although they were very informative and motivated me even more to get involved in real estate investing, it honestly felt like a sales pitch for them to sell their expensive program. I am very passionate on learning the business, especially wholesaling, but I am a person who works better with hands on experience and interacting with professionals in person. I currently live between San francisco, CA and San Mateo, CA. My question is if there were any local investor groups or mentors I can get in contact with and hopefully gain some experience with.
