Hi, I'm looking to purchase my first investment property in Philadelphia and plan on renting it out. I'm not looking for anything big or expensive, I just wasn't to start off small and get my feet wet! I'm searching for a realtor who is very familiar with the Philadelphia area as well as investing. I'm looking to learn a lot about the process and possibly continue purchasing in the near future. Please let me know if you are a realtor or cb refer me to one! Thanks!
