Atlanta Metro -Investor Friendly Inspector Recommentation

Looking at some properties in Atlanta Metro, mostly Alpharetta, Johns creek, Cumming area turnkey properties (SFR) and planning to make an offer on couple including a short sale.

Can any one recommend a good investor friendly Home Inspector that you have used before who can point out potential issues/fixes that may be required.

Also title company recommendations if possible.
