RE lawyer in SFL

If anyone has a recommendation for a RE lawyer in South Florida I would appreciate the reference.

My last quad purchase came with tenants and I have the feeling the PO stuffed one of their 'non-performers' from another building into one of the units. Always a story about rent and I have to track him down every month. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be evicting this tenant at some point soon and I'd like to have some sound legal advice as I've been lucky so far.
