Best Inspectors in SLC Area?

Lantz Casey
Posted

We just got an offer accepted on our first rental investment! Got a textbook BP deal with a seller who is under contract on their new home, they need a buyer who they trust to come thru on the closing. He had another offer from an FHA for $25k more than ours, but he took ours with the conventional.

He wants a quick closing process, so I am trying to find an inspector who is high quality and can move quickly (bonus if they are cheap). Do you guys know anyone in the SLC area (property is in Ogden) that fits the bill?
