I'm spending a month in the Aiken area and am looking for recommendations for REIAs or meetups in the area.

I can look up the REI club listings, etc, but I'm looking for your impressions and preferences of the various clubs in the area, and why you like a particular group.

8:30 Saturday Morning at the Evans Library (just outside of Augusta) the Second Saturday of the Month. This is the meeting I attend. I believe this group is run by knowledgeable real estate investors whose goal is to teach others about real estate investing not to sell you some class from some guru who happens to be in town.
