Well, I was hoping I would see a few GC's names on here by now. I wouldn't mind seeing other's preferred GC. I'm sure some out there don't want to divulge that info....they want to keep their GC to themselves.

I am currently two weeks into my second flip. So far, I would recommend the GC on this job. His name is Jimmy Dorsey with North Texas Custom Restoration and Remodeling (or just NTC), 214-802-7970. He has been easy to work with and personable. He or someone from his crew (not his tradesmen) has been onsite the majority of the time overseeing or lending a helping hand. I have met his electrician, framer, and tile guy. All have been professional.

As with any GC/tradesmen, do your due diligence!

Good luck!
