I am looking for a partner/mentor.

My qualifications:

1. Financed. Can provide financing for our projects.

2. Property management for 10 years in residential, retail, and office.

3. MBA in Finance. Decent knowledge of real estate.

Seeking:

1. Been doing this for at least 10 years.

2. Loves real estate.

3. Prefer construction/project management experience.

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for. It would be great to find someone who's had a lot of construction/rehab experience because that's what I sorely lack. But, I'm open to anyone. I'm just looking for another ambitious partner/retired mentor who I can throw ideas around. I've done everything myself at this point and I've realized that I could grow faster with someone else around. And, it would be more fun!

Right now, I'm working on 2 office rehabs and a ground up luxury SFH. I'm looking to take on a few more projects, perhaps $500k+? To tell you the truth, I am all self-taught and I realize I don't know that much. More than some and less than many.
