Hello, everyone. Are there any folks investing in South West Philly? If so, please respond to this thread or send me a message. I'm negotiating a lead right now (MLS lead) on a home in Cobbs Creek. A decent block, based on the feedback of one of my contractors. Philly folks, I'd like to know your thoughts and experience with this part of the city.
