Being new to real estate investing I am seeking advice on how to start flipping contracts or wholesaling properties for a quick buck. I work in an industry that puts me in front of multiple distressed properties every week. Consequently I am seeking help in finding educational resources or investment outlets for these properties. I am open to any suggestions or partnerships.
