Contractors in Atlanta.
Hey everyone I hope all is well. I am in the process of constructing my investment team in the greater Atlanta area and contractors from what I am learning are a vital part of the team. Wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with working with contractors in this area or if anyone had recommendations.

The local REIA's are your best bet. Ask the club president and vendors for referrals.
If price is not a big consideration, the local firefighters have trades people. Their time off is scheduled they are used to working deadlines and their reputation in the community is important.
