Hello,

My name is David.  I'm a rookie real estate investor just starting out.  I've decided my way out of the 9-5 world is through rental real estate which I've always been interested in but its a whole different world for me than my current profession as a mechanic. having said that it feels overwhelming trying to start out in a whole new journey, but I'm confident I will succeed. I've been studying and saving money for my first property but I realize I need to be doing more until I'm ready to purchase my first investment.  I'm looking to find like minded people who are doing what I want to be doing - owning rental properties etc. so I can learn and help them in any way they need help.  I figure its a win/win for both of us.  I'm pretty handy given my background so I don't mind hanging drywall or inspecting properties... whatever it takes.  Send me a message if your in the Houston area and we can connect,  thank you.
