Wholesaler Looking For An Investor Friendly Title Company And Attorney In NJ

Hey BP. My name is Gerald and I am a newbie at this business. I have been reading/studying a lot and craming as much info as possible. I know that I am ready to start wholesaling, but I keep running into a dead end trying to find the right title company and or attorney.

I keep getting the same ole answers- It's illegal. I just want to scream at these folks and say_ NO IT'S NOT! I'VE DONE MY RESEARCH. But I'm not going do that, because it just eats up energy and time.

So I finally came to my BP family to ask this Question? HOpefully someone is reading and can kindly share some info. Would greatly appreciate it

Can someone share with me a good Title Company and or Attorney that I can work with and get this baby Rollin!!!
