I am a new investor just looking to connect with duplex to fourplex owners in the Seattle area! I am looking to meet up or have a call with owners/investors just to learn how they acquired their properties and to learn the market firsthand. Any information on financing and local laws that effects this market in specific I would be grateful to learn. Thanks in advance!
