Refi on LLC SFH rentals where to get one?

I have 3 seasoned SFH's all paid in cash so no existing loans but I can't find a lender willing to refi locally because they are all owned under LLC's. Homes are in New York area I've read about the B2R but sounds pretty long and painful process any recommendations for companies that will refi for LLC's? Thanks in advance
