Heavy Loss Fire Rehab
Hello fellow Pocket-tiers,,lol,,, here's the situation. I have a 3 bdrm 3.5 bth 3 level town home that suffered a heavy loss fire in May. I want to know how I can rehab the property for $150,000 or less. I have a deck/patio on the back off the kitchen that will have to be rebuilt as well. I also want to make to put a kitchenette in the basement to make it a full Studio, with its own entrance. All info will be appreciated. Thank You.
