New to real estate investing!

Posted

Hello all,

I am absolutely stoked on finding this forum!
little about me, my name is Matt Schlosshauer I was a Mercedes-Benz technician most of my life and now own a car detailing business called Mister Bucket Detailing LLC. I have always been a hustler and knowledge consumer! I love learning about something by consuming as much information as I can get then taking action.

Well that brings me to why I am here to gain information from knowledgeable  people such as yourselves. My interest is the buy and hold properties platform, so to get me to this point I want to start wholesaling distressed properties.

Is this a good idea? Or should I take another path to acquire this method? I really have all my money tied up in my business so that’s why I wanted to wholesale so I can keep that money separate from the business.

Thanks everyone!
