BRRRR Method with the Rehab?

Austin Fiero
Posted

Hi BP!
My brother is selling his house to me and my other brohter and our close friend as we start on our real estate journey. He is selling us his single family home well below market value (because he is a great brother). For this example, lets say he is selling to us for 150K and the house is 175K in South Carolina.

I was wondering what would be our best approach in terms of financing and partnertships/LLC in order for us to make out the best we possibly can. We are looking to get moving on additional deals this year and next and are aiming to expand quickly.

Happy to provide additional details if helpful!

Thank you :)
