Licensed Real Estate Agent today and new to the BRRRR Method! So far I've taken a lot of notes from reading a lot of posts. However, to my current real estate agents and Realtors, or other seasoned BRRRR professionals what tips, guidance, strategies, did you learn that worked for you when utilizing and implementing the BRRRR method in your current position?
