Hello everyone,

A property is of my interest in a class A neighborhood with deferred maintenance/vacancies/ and some low rents. Let’s say I could gather the “team” needed for construction, management, attorney, accounting, broker etc for services to work with a private lender. Would my income be necessary?

It really depends on the private money, but typically they're looking at the deal and not your income.
