How to budget for a rehab!!
Hello, I'm trying to rehab my first BRRRR, does anyone have a couple of rule of thumb rules they can pass on? I invest out of state so I need to learn how to make faster budgets for my rehabs.

You need to know how much things cost. Get two or three quotes. Make sure everything is lined up to minimize vacancies and if you are not in the town, have someone who can oversee it and ensure the work is being done on time and properly.
