Hard Money Lender referrals

There are several hard money lenders on the site. Have you used any and if so, how was your experience? Are they legit? It would be my first time using a hard money lender so I'm not sure who to trust. Thanks!

Plenty of great lenders. You just have to remember...if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Anyone telling you they will give you 100% at 4%-6% with bad credit and can close in 2 days is going to scam you. Don't pay upfront fees outside a 3rd party appraisal. I haven't seen to much of this on here but on Facebook it's like the wild west, you have to be careful. You need 2 of the 3 C's  cash or collateral and decent credit.
