Wendell has been exploding lately this is the third developer I have seen target this area. I took a visit to Wendell Falls myself looking at potential homes for a client. There is no timeline on when this development will be finished but any news on inventory is great to hear about. What do you imagine Wendell turning into long term ? Also are you flipping here or doing New Construction yourself ?
