BRRRR-Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat

I am wanting to get started in the BRRRR method and I just don't know where to start. I could also use a mentor in this method as well. I am currently in the Air Force, so not making much money at all, and would like to get this business started or at least going forward when I get out next summer.
