Ok, wow that is a lot to think about! I will have to research further into what house hacking is for sure. I know right now my goal is to invest in real estate for cash flow, which is why the BRRRR method seems to perfect because it allows me to have cash flow from rent. I would also like to own my own business or business system that can keep acquiring assets for cash flow for me without even having to be heavily involved. Thank you for the information!

I am wanting to get started in the BRRRR method and I just don't know where to start. I could also use a mentor in this method as well. I am currently in the Air Force, so not making much money at all, and would like to get this business started or at least going forward when I get out next summer.

Hi everyone, I am brand new to this and I am wanting to start a business fixing and flipping houses. My question is, what is the best type of business for this? Is it something as simple as an LLC or something else? In a perfect world I would be working directly with the GC, but after 5 or so flips would like to hire a project manager to work with my GC so I can try and increase my flip rate. I dont know if this changes what business I need?
