I’m a newbie, is BRRRR right for me?

Hey guys!

Me and my twin brother are newbies in real estate investing and plan on running the BRRRR strategy on our first investment and continue to do it for the long term. We have both read the book and it seems do-able. Any suggestions from anybody to 2 23 year olds trying to get into RE investing/BRRRR ? Anything would honestly be very helpful.

Thanks!
