BRRRR With Commercial Loan
Quick question: What is your expertise with and can you provide guidance on acquiring properties with the intent to BRRRR but on a commercial loan? Meaning, instead of using hard money on purchase and rehab, we use a commercial loan for purchase and obtain hard money (or other form of financing) for rehab. And then refinance out into another commercial loan?
Is this a strategy that is reliable?
