Newbie with a rehab dripped into my lap
Hi my name is Chris I'm 28 living in Eugene. I have one rental I've owned for about a year and is finally profitable. Delt with some crazy rentals and the moratorium made evictions difficult. I now have a home in Springfield that I acquired largely by accident and it needs a ton of work and just am sort of looking where to start with it.
