New to the game of Real Estate Investing

Hello everyone, this is my first post on BiggerPockets (I think), and I am relatively new to the Real Estate world. So I am pretty set on what I want to do with my Real Estate Career. My goal is to build up my net worth long term, and the BRRRR Strategy seems to be the best method for that, at least in this current market.

So I had a few questions that I was hoping that would be answered.

1: Is it possible to do the BRRRR Strategy Virtually, I am currently in NY, I want to own Properties in different states and markets.

If yes, then what am I supposed to do when it comes to Refinancing? Can I use a Well Known Bank from my State to Refinance a Property on another state? Or do I have to use a Bank from the state that I want to do the BRRRR Strategy Virtually on?

2: In what situations will I get a Cash out Refinance or LTV of 80%, 70%, or what ever the value is.

3: How would the 6 month seasoning period affect my deal when it comes to the Cash out Refi Part?

Thank you very much in advance for your time and answers, I am currently 16, hoping to get the knowledge, and execute when I am of legal age.
