Closing on first duplex. How soon should I apply to buy another?

Hello all!

I am so excited that I am closing on my first multifamily on 2/10/21!! However, I am not sure how long I should wait (or if I should wait) to apply to purchase another property. Should I wait until this property is on my credit or apply before? Any thoughts?
