Should I BRRRR my own home first?

I currently went back to school and started investing after I quit my job last year. Ive had some success and have decent passive income, which covers my expenses and then some. I started trying to figure out where to go next and ventured into property. I am brand new. I am close to enough cash to buy my first property. All i have done is read books and just recently found this podcast, and this community. My fiance' and I currently rent a house. My question is this: Should i buy my first home for us, and start the BRRRR process with it, and wipe out my saved investment cash, or should I just invest it into a rental and start the process separately?
